This 250,000 square foot award winning totally Green building was completed in January 2006. The facility was designed green with the environment and its inhabitants in mind. The project is currently LEED registered and tracking for LEED Silver Certification. The facility incorporates a Main Office area and Warehouse with a second floor level that offers an Athletic area and Locker Room facility for its employees’ fitness needs. The Main Office area is designed around an open plan concept with adjacent private offices and conference rooms. The Owner, concerned for their employees’ welfare, has incorporated a small Kitchen/Food prep facility and Cafeteria.
